| For each $100.00 you spend with us, your name will entered for a drawing to have Binnacle Custom Tackle pay your $800.00 basic entry fee for the 2008 Ocean City Tuna Tournament |
| RULES |
- The winning name will be drawn on June 29, 2008.
- At that time the winner and one alternate will be drawn; the alternate first, then
the winner. The winner will have until July 1, 2008 to confirm their participation
in the 2008 Ocean City Tuna Tournament
- If the winner does not confirm by July 1, 2008 or declines the prize; the
alternate has until July 3, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. to confirm their participation in the
2008 Ocean City Tuna Tournament
- The winner must actually enter and fish in the 2008 Ocean City Tuna
Tournament, out of the Ocean City Fishing Center, Ocean City, Maryland.
- Binnacle Custom Tackle will pay the $800.00 basic minimum entry only. The
$800.00 provided can not be used for any added entry levels.
- If the winner is already registered for the 2008 Ocean City Tuna Tournament as
a captain or angler; Binnacle Custom Tackle will issue a check to the winner
upon confirmation of registration.
- If the winner is not already registered for the 2008 Ocean City Tuna
Tournament as a captain or angler; the $800.00 will be paid directly to the 2008
Ocean City Tuna Tournament.
- Should the winning angler/team win the 2008 Ocean City Tuna Tournament,
Binnacle Custom Tackle is not expecting nor requesting any portion or
percentage of the winnings. (But we will not turn down a free beer at the bar)
- Wholesale accounts are not eligible for this promotion
